schedule a rental unit showing

Before scheduling a showing, please refer to our apply to rent page for information about how the rental process works.

To view available rental units in-person once posted online, book one (1) in-person appointment with Eric, Katelin, Kelly or Sheila (each name will have an active hyperlink to each person’s booking schedule once our available units are posted online). When scheduling, each group may view up to three (3) available rental units. Do not schedule more than 1 appointment, or we will cancel all of your appointments. We cannot schedule a showing sooner than 12 hours in advance because WI law requires us to notify tenants of entry in advance. Do not submit a rental application until you are prepared to pay a security deposit and sign a lease for your preferred rental unit.
