schedule a rental unit showing

To view available rental units in-person, refer to our apply to rent page to understand the process, then either call us at (608) 782-3776 or self-schedule one (1) in-person appointment with Sheila, Katelin, Kelly or Eric (names link to booking schedules when units are posted online). When scheduling, each group may view up to three (3) available rental units. Please don't schedule more than 1 appointment, or we may cancel duplicates. We cannot schedule a showing sooner than 12 hours in advance because WI law requires us to notify tenants of entry in advance. Submit a rental application only when you are prepared to pay a security deposit and sign a lease for your preferred rental unit.
